The Social Work service can provide the following services to you:

·         Comprehensive Psychosocial assessment

·         Respite investigation and planning - Centre based, in-home or over night

·         Contingency plans for care

·         Carer support and counselling

·         Financial support investigation

·         Accommodation management

·         DSQ and ACAS liaison

·         Legal assistance to access - EPOA, Wills, GAAT
