Rehability offers both Clinical Rehabilitation and Case Management Services.
Programs may be offered in the person's own environment (home or in a community setting) with the aim of optimising participation and maximising their independence.

As part of the Neurological Rehabilitaion Group (NRG) partnership Rehability can also access to the following services:
· Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy
Rehability progrms are offered in a variety of settings to suit the needs of each individual.

· Clinic Based at our Tarragindi Clinic or in your own Home
· Multidisciplinary Sessions
