Referrals

At Rehability we understand that referring organisations and individuals have specific expectations and requirements and we pride ourselves on working closely with you to achieve your outcomes.  

Referrals are accepted after review and considered on a case-by-case basis. Referral forms can be provided on request via our website or telephone. Referrals are received from the following parties:

·         People with an acquired brain injury

·         families

·         hospitals

·         doctors

·         other therapists

·         insurers

·         solicitors

·         other agencies

Rehability is a fee for service agency with a focus on insured or privately funded clients. Fee structure available on request and approval of funding required prior to commencement of therapy program.
