Rehability focuses on working with people who have experienced the following Injuries or conditions:  
·      Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Chord Injury through - motor vehicle accidents, sporting accidents, work related injuries

·       Neurological Conditions: Stroke, Cerebral Palsey and other progressive neurological conditions


Rehability works with people who are:

·  Transitioning from Hospital to Home
·  Living at Home in the Community
·  In Nurisng Homes/ Resideintial aged Care/ Supported accommodation / Shared Care
·Post Settlement

Rehability works with both children and adult clients
